Unmatched industry technology

Aluminum alloys are strongest before welding; conventional welding heat weakens and distorts them. Badger Forms has almost completely replaced hot welding with friction stir welding, the same technique used in spacecraft. It puts less stress on the joints, so the welded material performs much like unwelded metal, with less distortion.
